What Work is Taking Place?

In late October, crews began relocating an existing watermain in the vicinity of Dufferin Street, Eglinton Avenue West and Vaughan Road to make way for support of excavation (shoring) activities on the north and south sides of Eglinton Avenue West.

To minimize the impact to the affected properties and traffic, this work has been carried out overnight on several dates since October 30, 2017 and is expected to continue on select dates until January 2018.  Traffic on Eglinton Avenue West and Dufferin Street will be reduced to one lane only while this work takes place.

  • Tuesday November 21, 2017
