What Work is Taking Place?

Crews will connect the new sanitary sewer to the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure, as part of infrastructure upgrade for the new Science Centre Station, beginning as early as Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Work is expected to take approximately two (2) weeks to complete* between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

The connection is being made from north to south across Eglinton Avenue East, just east of Don Mills Road, extending from Gervais Drive on the north to Ferrand Drive on the south.

The work will be completed in stages and take place within the overnight period to reduce the impact on pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists, in addition to the surrounding communities.
