What Work is Taking Place?

On Saturday, May 27, a tower crane will be delivered to Caledonia Station in advance of deep excavation works.  Delivery and set-up with take two days to complete.  Lane closures will be in effect between Gabian Way and Croham Drive to accommodate this work.



Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

This work may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

What to Expect

Nearby businesses and residents can expect to hear noise caused by construction vehicles and equipment.

Pedestrians and motorists can expect delays when travelling through the intersection.

A Paid Duty Officer, flag person and support vehicles will be present to direct traffic.

As always, please take care when travelling near construction zones.

Traffic Changes

Lane reductions along Eglinton Avenue West will be in effect between Gabian Way and Croham Drive.

The north sidewalk between the south plaza entrance and Blackthorn Avenue will be temporarily closed.

The TTC bus stop on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West at Blackthorn Avenue will be temporarily unavailable.
