UPDATE: Traffic reconfiguration in support of excavation works and utility relocations for Science Centre Station

What Work is Taking Place?

As part of the continued support of excavation works and utility relocations for the future Science Centre station, traffic staging at the intersection of Don Mills Road and Eglinton Avenue East was reconfigured in mid-February 2017. This new set up will remain in place for up to three (3) months. Read more »

Completion of Hydro Utilities Work at Laird Station

Crews will work to finalize hydro utility works for the construction of the future Laird Station. Work will occur on the north side of Eglinton Avenue East from Laird Drive to Brentcliffe Road. Crews will be working on overhead lines. For the safety of the public and workers, temporary pedestrian and traffic changes may be in effect to accommodate this work. Work will occur in stages to minimize traffic disruptions.  Read more »

Subsurface Utility Engineering Investigation at Fairbank Station

What Work is Taking Place?

Beginning in March 2017, crews will begin subsurface utility engineering at the future Fairbank Station, in which boreholes will be drilled into the roadway in order to investigate underground utilities and ground conditions in advance of wet utilities relocation.  This work will take place throughout the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue West and Dufferin Street.  Read more »
